If today is a nice, sunshiny day, make some time to be outside and enjoy it. Whether for some fun, housework, or relaxation, get yourself outside and under the rays of the yellow sun.
When you step through your door, pay attention to how you feel, and how it shifts. Do you feel lighter, tingly, more relaxed, inspired? How long does the sensation last? Does it provide you drive and carry you further through your day?
If the sun is not shining bright today, find an alternative way to get Vitamin D into your body.
One of my personal preferred ways to do this is with these peppermint drops that I just add to my water every morning! The flavor is subtle, and honestly, it’s something I look forward to now each day. Just be aware – they also contain Vitamin K2.
If those drops aren’t for you, perhaps you’ll decide to embrace your inner kid and opt for a Sunny D instead, or maybe you already have a supplement of your own!
Regardless of your method, do yourself a favor and give yourself some Vitamin D today – in whatever way works best for you.
If today isn’t sunny, I hope you make your way outside the next day that is!
Pigs Fly Here.

Many of us may spend thousands in winter to find a day like today. But on this day it’s free! And glorious and filled with vitamin D! Morning sunshine can set my mood for the day, which is great!
Great reminder blog.

Yes!! Vitamin d is so important. I’m from Washington and we lack this so much, so I have to take supplements.

Moderate sunshine is important to all of us and taking a vitamin D supplement mimics the role of the sunshine in our body.

My brother just got a skin cancer diagnosis so sunshine seems to be an enemy sometimes.
