Make A Wish
Today, I want you to welcome hope and imagination into your heart. Think of a wish – a really good one. Something you desire that would provide you with fulfillment and growth if it were to come true. Just think of your wish for now – take all the time you need. Make sure you develop the perfect wish.
As you go through your day, keep an eye open for an opportunity to make that wish. Maybe you’ll throw a penny into a fountain, perhaps you’ll wish on a shooting star or a fallen eyelash, maybe you’ll glance at the clock just as it strikes 11:11, or you might just find yourself finally making that wish on a folded chip hidden somewhere in the aluminum bag!
Patiently wait for the opportunity to arise and when it does, release your wish into the world. Carefully articulate the details of your wish and allow the outcome of the wish to paint a vibrant image in your mind.
Notice your mood and your frame of mind today. Notice whether it changes after you come up with your wish, notice how it shifts and evolves as you seek out an opportunity to make your wish and notice how you feel after you finally get to make your wish.
