Last week, you were challenged to ask yourself why you didn’tlike something.
Today, I would like to do the opposite: explore something you do like.
The first time you notice yourself enjoying something today – whether it be a song, a video, a snack, a statement, a person, an embrace… Ask yourself why.
Why doyou like it? What about that thing brings you joy? What is it about who you are that makes you enjoy that thing?
What does it offer you? Is it nostalgia, curiosity, comfort, excitement…? Why does it evoke that?
(How) is it similar to other things that you like? What role do those things play in your fondness for this? Are there reasons not to like this? What may those be?
Keep digging, and keep asking why until you discover the tiniest piece of an answer.
Then, wonder if you’ve learned anything about yourself in this process…
As you did last week, see if you can find an opportunity to ask yourself why again.
Pigs Fly Here.
Alright, let's see what I can learn about myself today... #why

Opening the chicken door in the morning. I hear their chatter begin when I walk near. They’re excited. When I open their little door they pop out one after another with great enthusiasm. They are pumped to greet each new day, rain or shine, warm or cold, with instant energy. It is an uplifting way to begin my day!
